Introducing CTMH SE 2

Good morning, happy snowy/rainy Wednesday! Its a dreary and blah morning here in the forests of Whitecourt. Where’s the sunshine?! Its May- time for flowers, not showers 🙂

Welcome to May! Wow, April just flew by. There’s lots of fun things happening this month at CTMH. Everyone can now order from the new Seasonal Expressions 2 catalog. It went live today! Isn’t that exciting?! There’s a lot of great stuff in it, and I can’t wait to share it with you. If you haven’t done it before, join me for unboxing day. It will be sometime next week- I’m expecting my order to be here by next Monday, so early next week will be unboxing day! I usually post a heads up on my business page, so if you’re not a member there, you should join so you don’t miss out! The link to my Facebook business page is here.

This month, The World is Yours is available for purchase. Its available only during the month of May- in celebration of National Scrapbooking month. Did you know there was such a thing? Yep, it’s true. Saturday (May 4) is also known as NSD, or National Scrapbooking Day. Its a big thing in paper crafting circles. Lots of day crops, online crops, retreats and other papery events happening on this day all over the world, and throughout the weekend. And for my Star Wars friends out there- May the 4th be with you. And, isn’t the 5th the revenge of the fifth or something along those lines? It may be fitting, depending on how wild your national scrapbook day gets 😉

I promised last week that I’d share the details of the World is Yours, so here it is. As I’ve mentioned before, options are very important to CTMH, since we know that everyone has a certain budgets, and we wanted to create ways that you would get the most bang for your buck. This workshop and kit is no different. It is a little bit more money, but that’s because its only available for a short time and you’re getting a kit chalk full of fabulous things- like vellum paper, a 12×12 sticker sheet, pretty crochet thread, patterned papers, card stock, a Cut Above kit and more! Those options I talked about- this is where they come in to play. If you choose the scrapbook workshop option, the stamp set will be included. Its $78 CAD but includes all the materials you need to complete a lot of layouts. I made 7 layouts using the kit, and I still have quite a bit of patterned paper left over. Stickers, too. Look at this beauty!

I’m offering something new starting this month, as well. I’ve made a workshop using The World is Yours, and its available to order! Its 7 pages- three 2 page layouts, and 1 single page layout. Anyone local to Whitecourt may purchase it, but you must pre-pay for the kit before the materials are ordered. Instructions will be included, free of charge, and all the papers will be pre-cut for you. This applies to the purchase of the scrapbook kit, only. It is $84 and includes the cost of shipping and GST. If you want simple and quick scrapbooking, then this is the option for you! (I’ve also got a workshop made up for Sweet Girl. I’ll share that in a moment). Here’s the layouts in the kit that I made up:

If card making is more your pace, then there’s a card making kit, as well. Its identical to the scrapbook workshop, but the only difference is that card bases and envelopes are included in the kit. Its slightly less than the cost of the workshop kit, at $76.50.

If you prefer to work with a smaller canvas than 12×12, we’ve got you covered. This stunning paper suite also comes in mini album form! Once again, find all the same materials inside the workshop, but swap out the sequins and floss for some flip flaps that’ll take your album pages to the next level. (The album is separate). The price point of this workshop is $69.50 Canadian. What a great deal! And, by the way, the mini album (it measures 6×8 inches) is truly stunning.

Next, is the Cut Above scrapbook kit. This option is by far the easiest to assemble of all the kits I’ve just shown you. It costs $26, and includes Complements and stickers to help you embellish the pre-printed pages with ease. Finish up these gorgeous layouts in 15 minutes flat. Seriously. They are so quick to put together! Here’s a peek at the kit:

As you see the pages in this picture, that’s how they’ll arrive on your doorstep inside your cute little CTMH shipping box. Instructions are included to guide your way through assembling them, and all the coordinating pieces are already pre-cut for you. This particular kit enables you to create two 2 page layouts, so four layouts in total. Don’t those hexagons and little moped look cute?! I’m really drawn to the soft and inviting hues of Peach, Mint, and Mink. They’re so pretty together!

Lastly, you have the option to purchase the coordinating card stock (CC5192, $13.00), paper packet (CC5193, $26.00), and stamp set (CC5196, $24.75) separately, so you don’t need to purchase all of these items in a bundle, like I mentioned above. Just note that the embellishments are not included, though the stickers will likely be included with the paper packet.

Sweet Girl is available this month, too, and is it ever sweet! This suite definitely lives up to its name. All the same options are available as above (scrapbook bundle, card making bundle, or individual coordinating pieces, like card stock, paper packet, etc). I’ve also created a pre-cut workshop using this paper suite, as well! I can’t wait to share it with you, so here it goes:

Sweet Girl 6 page pre-cut Scrapbook layout kit

This layout was assembled using the Sweet Girl Scrapbook workshop that Close to My Heart offers, but I’ve made it simple for you by pre-cutting all the materials and including free instructions to assemble these layouts. You’ll get the most bang for your buck by purchasing the scrapbook workshop and the stamp set together. When you do that, you’ll also qualify for the stamp of the month, which I’ll share with you in next weeks’ post. Since you reached your $50 goal, that stamp set is just $6. That’s a steal! Same applies to The World is Yours above.

Do you see the Memory Protector behind the patterned paper in the picture above? Those are included in your kit! They’ve been swapped out with the coordinating stamp set, because not everyone likes to stamp but everyone could use Memory Protectors, right?! So, while the stamp set is not included, it is available to purchase for $24.75 (scrapbooking stamp set); there’s a coordinating card making stamp set, which is what I used in my layouts, for $19.50. So there’s two options for stamps with this workshop- isn’t that awesome?!

More workshops (using other featured paper suites from Seasonal Expressions 2, and specials, as they come up) will be available to purchase soon, so stay tuned for those. The Sweet Girl workshop that I’ve put together will be available through the life of Seasonal Expressions 2, so there’s lots of time to order yourself one. They are great to work on any time. You’ll be done them quickly because most of the work will already be done for you! The World is Yours is only available until the end of May, so if you want it don’t wait too long to order it for yourself! Extra supplies will not be on hand to purchase at a later time.

Thanks for joining me today, and I’ll be back again next week with May’s stamp of the month and its coordinating greeting cards (that you’ll get absolutely free when you order it from me)! See you then!
