Hello my friends! I had another post scheduled for today, but had to move it to another date. It’s still coming, so watch for it!
Because I needed to move it, I needed something to fill this vacant spot, so I’ve got another valentine, but not really valentines card to share with you.
I was inspired by a card I found on Instagram, and I saved it to my Pinterest. You’ll find it here: https://pin.it/jybuhvys7gho2n
You’re going to see these flowers pop up a few more times after today’s post because…I just love them. I also love coral, teal and light pink paired together. So pretty 😍
I cut the rectangle frames using CTMH Stitched Rectangles Thin Cuts. The negative portion was glued to the card panel, and the positive was adhered with foam squares after stamping the sentiment in black ink. By the way, I sprayed Saffron ink onto the panel using a spray pen, then I glued the negative thin cut to it.
I stamped the flowers on a separate piece of white card stock with alcohol marker friendly ink, coloured them in and fussy cut them out. I arranged them around the card panel, secured them, and added a bit of white sewing thread for good measure.
So, I hope you enjoyed todays sub blog post. What insta/Pinterest post inspired you recently? Share in the comments below. I’d love to see what inspires you!
See you again soon!
