Comment below if you need help! Hint: February’s constant campaign might be a great place to start:

(I just ordered the raspberry ink, re-inker and cardstock. Can we say yummy?! It’s intense, just like the feelings you have for your significant other. Seriously.)

I’m pretty sure she’ll agree with the above. Who doesn’t love a bit of sparkle? Diamonds are fabulous, but if you’re looking for something that’s easier on your wallet, glitter paper or crafting gems might be more your speed. (The heart clips are absolutely adorable. They’re gold, too. Much more economical than the gold that fits around a finger, wrist or neck.)

CTMH Through the Year 2018 Calendar

Calendars is a thing with my family. They don’t do them every year, but it has been done in the past. Making calendars. I’ve always thought it was a unique and creative gift at Christmas time.

As far as I know, my family isn’t doing one this year. But, Close to my Heart is! And I’m uber excited about it!

Sold as a kit, you’ll get everything you need to create a 12 month calendar. That means you’ll get paper, embellishments and stickers along with the calendar itself and photo cards so yourself or the recipient can add pictures later.

But, that’s not all. Our Christmas present to you is taking 20% off the total when you purchase this kit. If that’s not incentive enough, when you add the stamp of the month to your kit (which coincidentally coordinates with the items found in the kit), it’s just $6. Regularly, it’s $23.

So, how much is the calendar kit? Without the additional stamp, the Through the Year 2018 calendar kit is $50 CAD. When an order reaches $50 the shopper qualifies for the stamp of the month. Its $6.

Sooo…purchase the kit (there’s your qualifying order), and add the stamp of the month (the stamp add on to the kit, and the current SOTM) for $6. Purchase the stamp set on its own for $23.

I can’t help but think what a great gift this would make. Don’t you agree?! I’m positive aunts, grandparents and parents would just love a handmade gift such as this.

This fantastic deal is available all month long. It’s expires December 31, 2017. Message me to reserve yours.

CTMH Fundamentals Sale

Great news! During the month of November, receive 40% off your order when you purchase any of the Fundamentals bundles at Close to My Heart. If you don’t want the bundle, that’s ok because you’ll receive 30% off individual Fundamentals products. Bundles are made up of a Paper Packet, Complements and ribbon. “Individual” means purchasing any of those items on their own. Good deal, right?!

A couple months ago, I put together a mini album to use as a sample for an upcoming workshop I hosted. I used one of the Fundamentals bundles, and I thought sharing it would be a great way to show you how the fundamentals look when it’s in use.

We used the Adventure Fundamentals Paper Packet, coordinating Happy Moments Complements and Adventure Ribbon pack.

I included the prices in the pictures, so you could see how much they are while you drool over the colours and patterns.

Below is what I created using these products. Keep in mind, the pages are 6×8 inches- much smaller than what I normally work with!

I chose the Adventure Fundamentals solely for the name- I thought it would work well to document whatever adventures happened during the summer. I also thought the kids would like the bright colours. I loved the soft watercolored patterns and the vibrant colours to match.

The next bundle I want to get is the Basics bundle! All I can say about it is pretty! It’s full of feminine patterns and just the right touch of pink to make it utterly classy.

This is a graphic of all the bundles, but you’ll see the Basics in the top left corner. Yummy, right?! How dreamy is the cloud complement in the bottom left? That must be why dream is on it, because that’s what it is! Dreamy!

Anyway, which is your favourite? Which would you buy first? (Or are you like me and feel like you need it all?)

Visit my website to save! http://www.theeverydayscrapbooker.ctmh.ca

I’m organizing an order that I’d like to place tomorrow. Any Canadian residents that want to add to it can comment below with their requests and you’ll save an additional couple dollars on shipping just for adding to my group order! If you miss tomorrow, that’s alright. Gather a couple friends and place your order together. The same deal will apply. Saving on the Fundamentals products lasts until November 30, 2017. Don’t miss out!

CTMH From the Heart NSM Card Kit

I mentioned a couple posts ago, that September is National Stamping month, and CTMH would be celebrating it all month with ideas, freebies and goodies for sale. That was no lie.

To kick off National Stamping month, CTMH is offering the stunning From the Heart card kit, and along with it free step by step instructions for creating the sliding card.

Folks, for reals, this card kit is stunning. The stamping on the card face doesn’t even look like stamping- it looks printed! To me, its perfection!

Aren’t they elegant and just plain breathtaking?! Who wouldn’t love to open their mailbox to find this gem hiding inside?! I know I would! (Its funny, I’m seeing a lot of embroidery this season- mostly in clothes. Its neat to see this trend flowing over to the paper crafting world. These cards remind me of the embroidered images I’ve seen on coats and shirts when I’m shopping. Have you?)

For a limited time only, save 20% when you purchase this kit. Regularly, it would be $56, but for National Stamping month, is just $44.50 CAD. It includes the cardstock, stamps, envelopes, gold foil frames and more. And, like I mentioned above, CTMH just made the deal sweeter by including free instructions to create the beautiful cards you see above!

How do they get such a stunning effect on those cards without printing them? The secret is in the stamping- they’re layering stamps, which gives you depth and shading within the images. Its just gorgeous. Scoop this deal up before its gone!

Look at all the possibilities with those divine stamps! They’re endless! You can find the step by step instructions on CTMH’s blog today! Make sure to save it to your desktop, so that you can come back to it again and again in the future!

There’s a couple ways to earn this lovely kit. First, order it online by visiting my website at http://www.theeverydayscrapbooker.ctmh.ca. That’s the quickest and easiest way to make it yours. (And, when you order, it’ll ship directly to you, usually within a week!)

The second way to earn this kit is by joining my team and making CTMH your very own adventure! We are a supportive family, full of carers, encouragers and givers! Help support your family’s income, or support your very own (wonderful) paper crafting habit. Earn incentives when you reach your sales goals and extra spending money, as well! But, most importantly, share with the world your love and passion for card making and paper crafting. The potential keeps growing when you join my team. When you join my team, this kit is yours FREE. Its our little way of saying thank you for joining the family!

Sound good? Message me and we’ll get you started today on your journey towards success, fun and freedom!

Feel So Blessed CTMH September SOTM

In a rush of inspiration late yesterday afternoon, I decided to break out my fall decorations. They’re sparse, but I love them. All I need is a beautiful wreath to grace my front door, and I’ll be set!

One of the pages I follow on Facebook had posted something particularly festive, and as a result I couldn’t resist breaking out my festive decor.

CTMH’s September stamp of the month is equally autumnally festive. I’ve had it for some time already; you’ve seen it on the odd layout and card in the past. This month it is available for customer purchase. (One of the perks of being a consultant is an early preview period for upcoming products!) Since it’s available for purchase this month, I ought to start creating with it more!

And, to quell your burning desire to know what this stamp of the month looks like, here’s a picture:

That feather! It has to be favourite element in this stamp set. Who doesn’t love feathers?! You’ll also notice some artwork in the graphic above- they’re made using this stamp set too. It’s in the new Holiday Expressions catalog, and is just $6 when a qualifying order is placed. Just remember, it’s available only until September 30, 2017, upon which another (equally festive!) stamp of the month replaces it.

Watch for more artwork this month using this wonderful stamp set! In the mean time, I’ll leave you with this:

CTMH Back To School August SOTM

Third times the charm, right? I’ve tried writing 3 times already, and it just won’t work.

I am dropping in really quick this morning to share augusts stamp of the month with you. I know, I know, the month is nearly over. Please forgive me! It’s been busy. Still is. Swimming wrecks the whole day. It’s at such an awkward time.

This stamp set is fitting with school just around the corner for us. T- minus one week. Thank the lord! I know school has been in session for some of you for a bit now. The peanut gallery is jealous. Just saying 😉

How perfect would this be for first and last day of school layouts? My favourite part of it is the pencil, hearts and ‘first day of school’ and ‘last day of school’. I haven’t used it yet because I’m trying to get back to school pictures! It’s coming, eventually.  It would work for so many school related activities! I’ve seen lots of cards on Pinterest made with this stamp set too. How would you use it?

It’s just $6 CAD when you place a qualifying order if $50. Order it directly from my website, or contact me if you need help. It will be discontinued at the end of August, so make sure you add it to your stash before it’s too late.

CTMH Warehouse Sales

I haven’t been very good at sharing more things going on with CTMH (sales, etc.), especially on my Facebook page. I need to remedy that- its the sole reason I started my page and blogging again! The majority of my posts are creative in nature, which is good, but not when your main objective is to share news, sales and information around the business you’re trying to build. But, realizing this is good, too. Time for a slight mindset adjustment 🙂

I may have mentioned that through the month of August, a new flash shale will be posted on Tuesdays. Today is Tuesday, and there’s new goodies up for grabs- at steep discounts! I saw some items as low at $2. For reals, check out the deals. They’re good ones! Here’s a few I took snapshots of:

I missed the price on the City Sidewalks embellishment pack above, but its marked wayyy down, too. (Its $7 CAD. It was $14). You’ll also find embossing folders, thin cuts (CTMH brand of dies compatible with your cuttlebug, etc.), tag making bundles, and much more. To get your hands on these deals, visit my CTMH website.

Speaking of great deals, this month is also a fabulous time to sign up as a CTMH consultant. Join my team! In addition to earning spending money (called SPC credit)- when you reach your sales target- and commission, you’ll also get to choose from some awesome rewards to call your very own. What would those be?

You’ll get a FREE cricut collection of your choice, FREE alphabet dies and coordinating stamp set OR shopping credit for your very own shopping spree! Who doesn’t love shopping sprees? Or Cricut?

Sounds enticing, doesn’t it? If you’ve been thinking about making this wonderful company a part of your life, get in touch with me. I’d love to add you to the family 😊

I’ll be back tomorrow with more CTMH steals and deals!

August with Close to My Heart

There is a lot going on over at Close to My Heart this month! Boy, its going to be an exciting month! There’s a few things I can’t wait to get my hands on- such as the new Annual Inspirations catalog that was unveiled today- its available for purchase over on my website. You can also browse through it before you decide to purchase it. Check it out! I haven’t done it yet, but I’ve heard its filled to the brim with fabulous new products. (Which I wouldn’t doubt, because they always carry fabulous products!) I can’t wait to see what’s in it! (That will be next on my days’ to do list…)

Not only is there a new catalog to whet your appetite with, there’s also a new stamp of the month. I’ve been dying to order this stamp, because I’m working on improving my school themed scrapbook stash. This stamp set fits the bill, and I seriously can’t wait to play with it! When you place a qualifying order of $50 on my website (or with me), you’ll receive this stamp set for just $6. Its regularly $27 CAD. You can purchase it on its own, too.

School is definitely cool with this fantastic stamp set. How would you use it? I’m already envisioning it on my layouts and maybe some teacher appreciation cards, too. They’ll look so durn cute!

Lastly, if you noticed the image at the top of this post, you’ll know that Close to My Heart is also hosting a warehouse sale through the month of August. Every week the sale is different, so make sure to stop in every Tuesday to see what’s up for grabs. This week, you’ll find an ultimate embellishment bundle, Swan Lake paper packet and paper bundle, Thin Cuts bundles and more! All retired and all 50% off! I’ve got my eye on the Swan Lake paper bundle. But, don’t wait! These items are limited and will sell out fast! Message me to add to my monthly order, or head right now to my website to place your order. (You can find the link a bit further up in this blog post).

Also, I just want to remind you that I’ve got my own events coming up later this month and in September. I’ll share more details about them tomorrow, because I think this is enough info to absorb at the moment. But, seriously- don’t miss out! There’s a lot of fun stuff going on, and you should get yourself in on some of it. Some of it will stick around for the entire year, and some of it will only last for the week (possibly less). Get ‘er done!

CTMH July Stampaganza + Oh Canada Bundle

Good morning! Welcome to July! To my Canadian friends, happy belated Canada Day! To my American friends, happy early 4th of July! I hope you enjoy your holiday tomorrow.

My country reached a milestone birthday this year- we celebrated our 150th birthday. There were big parties all over our country, including my small town. Don’t get me wrong, Canada Day is always a good time, but this one was extra special. We hit up the local Canada Day parade- something I’d never done. That was pretty special for me- I’ve never been to any kind of parade before. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Next, we found a free BBQ happening downtown, so we took the kids for lunch, and later in the day we took them to our local Rotary Park to take in the fun that was down there. We filled up on Canada Day tattoos, sparkle tattoos, henna tattoos and somehow managed to score some Wolverines tickets. They’re our local hockey team. Lastly, to finish the day off, we took in the stellar fireworks display our town hosted down at Rotary Park. Ah-mazing! It was a great show.

CTMH decided to keep the party going with an incredible patriotic bundle offer just for us Canadians. It is incredibly thoughtful of them to offer us something like this, and I can assure you a lot of people are going nuts over it! I know I am! If you follow my Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook page, you’ll have already seen the flyer for this special offer from CTMH. If you don’t, why not?! I don’t bite 😉 Here’s the post with all the links in it. You’ll be the first to see all the news and insider info if you follow these pages…you can also shop directly from my Facebook page, making it easier on you.

This Canadiana bundle they created for us includes 12 sheets of a variety of card stock (including some new ones that will be coming out in August!), a digital Cricut cartridge and the Canada logo stamp for the low price of $42.80 ($43 with shipping). If this is available in the new catalog- which I think it might be (in August)- it’ll be over $50. You’ll save 20% on your order if you do it in the month of July.

I will be placing my July order at the end of the week this week, so if you’d like to add to it, please let me know. I can ship to anyone here in Canada. If you live in the United States or Australia, you’ll need to find a consultant nearest you. Sorry! If you add to my order, you’ll save on your shipping, and orders of $50 or more qualify you for this month’s stamp of the month. I’ll share it in another post. If you prefer to order it yourself, you’ll find my website in the graphic above (my watermark). It will take you directly to my CTMH website. I’m seriously so excited about this bundle. All those Canada Day layouts will really come to life with this bundle! All the images on the digital Cricut cartridge I can hardly wait to browse through. It’s got you covered! (By the way, how cute is that Oh Canada frame?!)

July is also Stampaganza month, meaning when you buy two stamps at regular price, you will get your third one absolutely free. Retired stamps are also making a comeback for this special offer. It would be in your best interest to go and see what’s available to you! I wouldn’t delay on this offer, either. Those stamps will fly off the shelves faster than lightning.

There’s some great stamps in this deal! The majority of them are monthly word puzzles, but you’ll find them useful for every holiday and occasion happening throughout the year, such as Christmas, Easter, school, summer, halloween…the list goes on. Go ahead and check it out. You’ll definitely find something useful! I’ve already made my list for my order- it keeps growing longer! The stamps in the graphic above are just a snippet of what’s available. The washi tape stamp set looks really cool, and the penguins are super duper cute. Some of the stamp sets available are smaller, but that’s alright. We don’t always need to make standard size cards, right? 3×3 is nice, too! I made that size of card for my daughters last Easter, and they love it. Addison still has hers, actually. She still has a birthday card I made for them, too. She’s so sentimental that way! I love it!

So, this is just some of the special deals happening at Close to My Heart this month. Please keep in mind that when July passes, so will these deals. August will host new specials! In the near future, I’ll share a bit more about the stamp of the month. For now, I think you’ve got all your brains can handle with the Stampaganza and Oh Canada bundle. Visit me at http://www.theeverydayscrapbooker.ctmh.ca to place your order, or comment on this post to start your order. For privacy, you could also email me at theeverydayscrapbooker@gmail.com.

I’ll be back tomorrow with more crafty goodness!

CTMH June Sales End TODAY!!!

Good morning! TGIF! Summer vacation has started, and I wanted so badly to sleep in. But, my body is too accustomed to waking up at 6:30. I was wide awake at my regular time, and tossed and turned until 7, upon which I pulled out the old (new, actually) cell phone and putzed around on it until just before 8. One day I’ll actually be able to sleep in.

I’m actually stopping in this morning to remind you of the sales and specials we have going on this month. Unfortunately, these sales end today. What sales are those? Well, we have the stamp of the month, called Hello Foxy, which is just $6 when you make a qualifying order of $50. Its regularly $27 CAD. Its a seriously great deal! We also have the 12×12 album and card stock carnival sales. During the month of June, when you buy one 12×12 album at regular price, you could get a second one half price. That includes both post bound and d-ring styles. There’s a number of shades to choose from, as well. They’re all pretty, durable and the perfect house for all those precious memories you’re storing.

The card stock carnival is a unique sale. All bundles are 25% off, including solid and variety packs. I stocked up on Colonial White, because I heard through the grapevine that it may have been retired with the new catalog. Boo. I was just really getting into using it! Stocking up on card stock now is a really, really good thing to do, because as of the new catalog, you’ll see some significant changes to our card  stock. The neutral color palette has gone through a re-vamp, so you’ll see some new colors, and other colors moved to other palettes. Black and White Daisy are stand alone colors, so don’t have a palette, per se. Secondly, and more importantly, the card stock has also transformed. You’ll see its wonderful (and highly anticipated) change with the new catalog release in August! You’ll like it, I promise! If you thought you got a lot of mileage with our current card stock, you’ll be blown away by the mileage you’ll get from the new card stock!

I kind of want to keep the change a surprise, so I don’t want to divulge too much information, but I will say that I’ve never seen this combination anywhere. Its a bold, new step for CTMH, and I think its a smart one. I’m betting they’ll set a new trend with this one, if its already not a trend somewhere. I don’t think so, though.

So, there you have it. I strongly urge you to check out the sales for this month, which will expire today. If you haven’t made an order already, and you’ve been thinking about doing it, please don’t delay. Visit my CTMH website to start shopping, comment on this post or send me a message via email: theeverydayscrapbooker@gmail.com.

Enjoy your weekend, and I’ll see everyone again soon! Its a long weekend here in Canada, so I may not be around again until Monday! Peace out, peeps!
