Studio 83 & Amazing Gifts 🎁

I’ve been busy in my haven prepping for a market at Studio 83 that’s coming up next weekend, and something extra special. Are you coming?! See who’s going to be there below.

The opportunity to sell layout and card kits in a store has come my way, and I think I’m going to test it out! A new store to Whitecourt- Amazing Gifts- has opened. Will you come shopping there? After next weekends market, I’ll be bringing my goods there. Come out and have a look. There will be a lot of great things to browse, by the looks of it too.

I have just a few (like 6) layout kits right now, but I’ll be adding more as I go! There’s a mix of single page ($12) and double page ($25) layouts. Everything is pre-stamped and cut. You just need to do a bit of fussy cutting and adhering! Instructions are included- in color!

Card kits are simple, too. There’s one completed card included with each kit, for your convenience. Use that as your guide to assemble the rest of the cards in the kit. All the materials are pre-stamped and cut for you. Just like the layout kits, you’ll have some fussy cutting to do, then you get to assemble. The size of each kit varies, so the prices are listed on the outside of the package. (They’re $2 each). There’s a lot to choose from- I need to thin them out! Help me, please! 😁 The picture above is just half of what I’ve got! There’s a variety of themes too, so you’re bound to find something you need.

So, that’s what I’ve been up to. I hope you come to both the market next Saturday- it’ll be a great evening to get out with your girlfriends- and visit my display at Amazing Gifts. The date I’m moving in is yet to be determined. I’ll keep you posted!

What craftiness have you been up to lately?

Now Available!

Hello crafty friends!

Did you know that I make greeting cards as well as layouts?

If you didn’t, you may be new to my blog. If you’re a keener and return frequently/occasionally, you may be interested to know that my greeting cards are available to purchase.

Yep, that’s right. They’re just $2 a piece,  or $7.50 CAD if you buy 5. That works out to $1.50 per card.

Sound reasonable?

Would you like to see them?  To keep you in suspense, I’ll share only a couple, but I do have a card for every occasion.

To see all the cards I have on hand, please visit my Facebook page. Some of the cards are stamped inside, as well.

Like any of the cards you see but want to make them yourself? Let’s talk- I’m open to creating kits and organizing workshops too!

Now, the items I have for sale doesn’t end with handmade cards. I also offer scrapbook albums- by commission. If you don’t have a scrapbook album, don’t worry! I can order you one through CTMH (your choice of cover), which will be included in the overall price of your completed album.

I can also order your favorite papers from CTMH, too, so that the theme, colors and embellishments remain consistent throughout.

Most, if not all of the products used to create your special album will be Close to My Heart, though my other favorite products and manufacturers may find a place in it too.

You’ve already seen a lot of my scrapbook layouts, so you’ll have a good basic idea what your scrapbook album will look like once it’s completed. All I need are your pictures.

(My printer does not print high quality photos, so I suggest printing them via your favorite store and I’ll take it from there.)

I’ll hand deliver or mail your cards or album when it’s completed. It’ll be done in a timely and efficient manner. The size of album is negotiable, too!

So, if this interests you, let’s talk! I’d love to help you out!

Its Time…

Happy Thursday! The time has finally come to start advertising my heart out. Its true. As you know, I’ve been posting here and there on my Etsy (and, if you didn’t–well, now you know!) I’ve also been posting throughout the summer on my Instagram (@The Everyday Scrapbooker) and Twitter. But, did you know that I am also an Urbee, and frequently post to Kijiji? Oh yes, that’s the absolute truth!

I spent the morning cleaning up my Made Urban shop, and have begun (slowly) adding new Close to My Heart and handmade product to my shop. The cards that I’m certain I still have on hand, I’ve left posted to my MU shop, but I’ll also be uploading new ones as I complete them. I would love it if you visited! (I don’t know the link to my shop on Made Urban at the moment; I’ll provide that at a later date. In the mean time, search The Everyday Scrapbooker, and you’ll find my shop!)

Do you know what Made Urban is? If you are Canadian- especially if you’re Albertan- then this is the site for you! It is, I like to think, the Canadian (read Albertan) version of Etsy. Anything and everything handmade can be found there. Its been on CTV news in the recent past, and they are a fairly new website! I’ve been with them since very nearly their inception. If you haven’t already, please do check them out. A lot of my crafty, hand making friends can be found there, too!

So, in the spirit of starting advertising anew, please remember that not only do I sell Close to My Heart product and host card classes. I also make (and sell!) greeting cards, scrapbooks, banners, tags and anything else you’d like made thats paper based. Give me a shout if you’re needing or wanting anything!
